CERIC will participate to the 2023 edition of the Genoa Science Festival, one of the main international events for the spread of scientific culture among the general public, and one of the biggest science communication festival in Europe.

On the 4th of November (Palazzo Ducale, from 11.00 AM) Chiaramaria Stani, CERIC scientist working at the SISSI infrared beamline located at Elettra Synchrotron, will discuss with Giacomo Fiocco, researcher at the Arvedi Laboratory of Non-Invasive Diagnostics at the University of Pavia, about their studies on ancient and very rare violins, such as the Stradivari ones. The conference, entitled “Searching Antonio Stradivari’s signature”, will be moderated by Marcello Turconi, CERIC science communication officer.
