According to art. 17, comma 1, of the Council Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 of 25 June 2009, CERIC, as an ERIC, has the obligation to produce an annual activity report, containing in particular the scientific, operational and financial aspects of its activities, to be approved by the assembly of members and transmitted to the Commission and to the relevant public authorities within six months from the end of the corresponding financial year.
